Rumi Haitami
Rumi Haitami (born 15 April 2003) is an Indonesian musician, author, founder of the online encyclopedia Mippedia, and founder of the Mippedia Community, a community organization that oversees the Mippedia project and all of its derivative projects.[1][2]

Biography
Rumi Haitami grew up in his birth city of Bandung. Since childhood, Rumi has shown a strong interest in the worlds of music and literature. At the age of 12, right after graduating from elementary school, Rumi continued his education at an Islamic boarding school (pesantren) for 9 years. After completing his education at the boarding school for approximately 7 years, Rumi began to pursue his childhood dream, starting to write short and long musical compositions.[3]
Family
Rumi Haitami has two biological younger sisters. His first younger sister is named Firoh Syakillah.
His second younger sister is named Nayla Syakillah. Nayla Syakillah is the youngest sibling, as his mother only has three children and Rumi is the only son.
Rumi's mother is a woman born in Sumatra, specifically in Ogan Komering near Lake Ranau, where she also grew up. Meanwhile, Rumi's father is a man born in Bandung, specifically in Lembang, where he was raised.
Thus, Rumi and his two younger sisters are of mixed regional descent: firstly from the Sumatran region, and secondly from the Sundanese region.

Career
- Beginnings as a singer
In 2024, Rumi Haitami started his career as a songwriter. He began writing lyrics and melodies for songs, which later became the foundation of his works.[7]
In August 2025, Rumi officially published his music to the world. The songs he had written in the previous year were widely released across various digital music platforms.
To date, his works have been streamed on multiple music streaming platforms and can be found on renowned music platforms worldwide.
- Beginnings as an author
In 2026, Rumi Haitami began his career as an author. The first book he wrote was titled "Monografi Biografi", which was first published on July 31, 2026, by the Mippedia Community in e-book format on Google Play Books.
Subsequently, his second published book was titled "Mippedia: Multilingual Online Encyclopedia", which was published on the same date and year as his first book, under the same publisher.
To date, more than two books written by Rumi Haitami have been officially published in e-book format and can be read and found in leading online bookstores worldwide.
